On November 28, 2025, China Jushi held the "JUNENG Strong Voice Lecture" with the theme of "Learning the Spirit of Scientists and Building Strong Talent Teams." Vice President Cao Guorong delivered concluding remarks. The event was attended by Vice President Ding Chengche, President Assistant Zhang Zhijian, and over 100 technological innovation workers from various lines of the company.

During the interview section, President Assistant Zhang Zhijian, Director of the Technology Development Center and General Manager of the Investment Strategy Department Gu Guijiang, and Director of the Glass Research Center Xing Wenzhong, addressed the topics including "How to further strengthen Jushi’s comprehensive R&D system, leverage scientific and technological innovation advantages, and create unique products?”  and “How to build strong technological talent teams?"

Drawing from their rich experience, the three interview guests elaborated on how to internalize the spirit of scientists in mindset and put it into action, cultivating capable and responsible technological talents to drive the company’s innovative development.

In addition, based on personal experiences, He Shouxi, Director of the Engineering Technology Center; Chen Min, Deputy General Manager of the Human Resources Department; Cao Jiaqing, Deputy Director of the Information Technology Center; Fan Jiashu, Deputy Director of the Product R&D Center; and Ma Zhe, Product R&D Department Head of the Electronic Glass Fiber Center, shared their respective stories of innovation and breakthrough. Their accounts vividly illustrated how Jushi’s technological staff focus on strategic needs, deepen research in glass fiber core technologies, and contribute to building Jushi into a world-class enterprise.
